Here is step 1 from Greenbaum's, which I'm taking as a class this year. Originally I was going to do black and white with fuschia pinks, but Sylvia's reaction (and since she knows the final product, I decided I should take note) was less than enthusiastic. So, I found that I still have way too much Poetry fabric and thought I would use it up doing a mystery. These are Ohio Stars, 6 of them 9" finished. The centers are from a charm pack and I had no idea what else I would do with them - but they really stretch! I guess I knew wovens would, but this was a nightmare to get the seams to come close to lining up. Oh, well, when it's quilted you rarely notice.
