This is the strip twist, with a baby spin on it. Susie really likes black and white, so I thought this would make a nice baby quilt for her - since she found out it's a girl. This picture was taken before I stitched down the trunk. The eyes will be permanent market, since it's baby quilt I can't use buttons. I didn't stitch down the mouth yet, because I really don't know how. On the other areas I used a close zig zag, but it's really small. I'm worried that with baby quilt frequent washings it might come up...but I think the quilt is coming out cute. I'm anxious to quilt it.
