For an area that is normally 85 degrees, 105 is just too stinkin' hot.
I ordered these English Paper Piecing templates from an on-line shop my mom really likes. These Tumbler blocks go together super easy and you can sit on the couch and do nothing but watch TV (in this weather, that's a good thing). So, two Miss Marples equal 57 tumblers. I figure about 20 tumblers are a 12 inch square. Hmmm..later I'll do some math to see when to stop.
Don't worry, the stitching comes out. These are "basted" to the paper form, then whipped together, and you remove the stitches and the top is sewn...pretty cool, huh?
