Crumbs jacket example

On the Quiltville chat, someone asked about alternative ways to use "crumbs", or small pieces of fabric. When Elizabeth was little, my mom made this adorable jacket using small pieces of fabric that she layed on top of a base piece and then zig-zaged across, leaving the edges "ragged". It's just adorable and she promised to "blog" how she did it.
