Okay, I have to admit it - I had a tough time moving away from the romantic florals (I have so much April Cornell and 3 Sisters it's frightening), but I have suddenly found Amy Butler and Tina Givens...and now I can't wait to use all the "old stuff" up and move on to other things.
I found this piece yesterday on the sale rack at a local quilt shop - I just loved it so much that I bought it intending (maybe) to make this pattern at a class given in September here. What do you think?

I've just bought some floral fabric for the first time, so may be moving into a floral phase. I wonder. The new fabric you have is very modern and stylish - it should look great with that bag pattern.
